The more time we have, the more we invite mental stress by concentrating on unnecessary things. Anyway, it is said that an empty mind is the route of the devil, in which new and useless thoughts keep coming. It is a bit strange that where people work for eight or twelve hours and still fail to meet their needs, then how would some people be able to meet their needs by not working. Whenever we are going through mental stress, the doctor advises not to be a solitude but to be in the midst of people. Surely if we are busy, the will not get time to think on unnecessary topics.
