This is from your postet Webpage.

„Perućica is one of the last remaining primeval forests in Europe.“

It is 6 kilometer long and 1-3 km wide. So, it is quit enough for my running practice. I could run around in 2 hours by foot. With my bicycle, it would be a little to small. But thats Ok. The animals don´t need more Space. It is a lot bigger than my flat.
It is as well not in Germany.
I am very happy, that the UNESO saved this small place in Europe.
But for me again: This is not what I mean with primival forests.
Just for example: One wolf family need about 100 – 300 sqarekilometer. This Perucica forest has 14 sqarekilometer.
Bears, birds, deers pics etc still have to share this space too. So that is not really a primeval forest in my mind.
But good to save it. A drop in the ocean, but necessary.
(Sorry about mention 3 times, I am not used to write so much in english, so I had to correct a few spelling mistakes)
