People with empathy know that this kid is 100% genuine. He could have taken the easy way and not testified at all. He is brave for getting on the stand and just reinforced what a lot of us knew already. You can say he shouldnt have been there all you'd like, with the understanding that this should apply to the people who were there to riot. Kyle's fatal flaw was his naïve and caring nature. He turned himself in, twice; and was asked to wait in the lobby at the police station by his home in antioch for 45 minutes. He could have fled, he could have hid, but that is not his character.
He could have emptied that entire 30 round mag in the the mob of attackers chasing him down the road, or 1st or 2nd time the child rapist attacked him, but he didn't. He ran. He ran until he couldn't run anymore! He ran until his back was flat against the pavement, with a boot in his face, and skateboard coming down on his neck; and a coward with his hands up comes to him, and drops his hands to reveal a chambered and ready Glock 27 with hollow point rounds that would surely leave his brains splattered across Sheridan rd.
Kyle saved his own life that night, and did everything he could to save the lives of the people who attacked him, multiple times. Jump kick man has still never come forward, and we all know why. Its because he knew that he attacked kyle without provocation. If you are watching the trial you would see this outrageous nonsense, and wonder why Kyle was ever charged. But if you watch the news headlines, you are wondering why the judge is 'helping' this 'murderer'.. Wake up people!
