The Wild World Of Crypto Currency

Everyday, I try to learn something new. I share with you all, every step of the way. Today I want to talk about the wild world of crypto currencies. I'm not sure how many of you have any experience with crypto, but man, there is a whole lot to learn.

I started with crypto currency back in 2017 with Steemit.com. I remember, we were on the homestead and just started sharing videos on our youtube channel. We were looking for a way to share our lives and share out thoughts with the world. That's when someone told us about the Steem blockchain and tried to explain the details to us.

There was so much information to process, it was all I could do to just smile and keep going. After learning enough to get started, I began to create content on a blockchain. I remember writing one post about finding a dead chicken in our chicken coop. I called it CSI: Chicken Coop Edition. That post got enough upvotes that I made a decent amount of crypto. I sold what I was rewarded on that post, and I was able to buy some good quality boots!!! So being a homesteader that sold firewood for a living, that...was...amazing.

From that point on I was hooked. I have been trying to learn as much as I can each and everyday. I am learning about the crypto we are involved in and the details of where it comes from, what it is for, how to utilize it. There are so many different projects and tokens, it is pretty hard to keep up with. We are even developing our own website ( Inner Blocks) that will be on one of these blockchains and even have it's own token!!

The next thing that seemed to blow my mind was joining twitter, and getting involved with crypto twitter. That is when I really got to see how much was going on in the crypto currency space. I am more involved with Steem, Tron, and Hive, but I try to keep up with as much as I can. Just being in and around these three is enough to keep anyone busy. There are still so many projects and tokens on these chains it is hard to keep up with haha.

No matter your view of crypto currency, I think there is a real place for them in the future. The ability to buy, sell, and transfer funds quickly and to anywhere in the world is pretty handy. Everyone seems to have their own views and opinions about crypto, and these are some of mine.

While I am living out this experience and having as many adventures as possible....crypto currency is a whole adventure in itself!

Be well

Great information

Thank you

Mostly well come

Don't explain crypto to people. Tell them they are like airline points and (Segwit) Bitcoin is the most accepted, and the most de-centralized. In the case of Bitcoin, and unlike the US Dollars they are created on a fixed schedule. Show them how to use it and earn it. That's it. They know no more than that about fiat and have no problem using that.

That is a great idea! I haven't thought of it lile airline points before.

It is a wild world indeed! For every legit coin there are like 20 scams and shitcoins. Sadly Steem has fallen in my opinion to the shitcoin list now.

Will be interesting to see what happens over the next few years and if this trend continues.

For sure! I am excited to see how it all goes. It is funny trying to sort out the legit from the not.

Most of the bible is interpreted as universal, but when you read it is all about for tell "Juda", etc... It's basically about the "jews" as defined in the bible. What if you are not that? Then why should any of the old testament apply to you? Unless you can trace your ancestry back there.

Then Jesus says "love your enemies", for loving only your friends is that of the "gentiles." So either you have to accept that your particular tribe you belong to are the real Isrealites and the others are not, or you have to accept you are indeed one of the Gentiles. Jesus opens salvation for the "gentiles" which is good news for the rest of us, I guess.
