      Several years have passed, and they still have the same problem ... Because of this they can not compete with YouTube...

        Hey, does it still not load? Yes, development seems slow, but to be fair, the underlying infrastructure also has to be developed. Just saving the videos on a private server is kind of against the whole idea (and also not affordable in the long run). I think with Sia as decentralized storage they are on the right track. But it is still a very long way to be able to compete with something like YouTube. For me, I will give it some time and use it as an alternative for now.
