I hate spending money. I wonder if I just wasted $1000?!? Did I end up buying a generator?

With all your coupons and stuff, it sounds like you got a great deal. I would vote to keep it.
I would probably buy one myself if I had somewhere to keep it, but I don't. Fortunately we rarely lose power around here and so far, when we do, it isn't for long (knocks on wood)
I swear losing power like this is a Michigan thing!! A good reason to leave.
Great Halloween stuff. I need to get that werewolf next.
They are really cool, but wow do they come with a big price tag!
Every time the power goes out here in Ontario Canada you hear these generators going all over the neighborhood… I think everyone has one no. So many big storms.
I cant tell exactly how addicted I am to having electric. Even when I know it is out, I still walk in a room and flip that switch lol.
A solar panel, a charging controller with a battery and an inverter probably would have been better (more cost effective). But this also depends on where you live.
A generator is much cheaper. But over time solar panels & gear would be more cost effective. Too many variables to answer definitively.
Yes?
