I am probably one of those people who tell you how easy it is. :))
Once you get really moving, it will get easier. The biggest problem I see is the shifting boxes to another house, only to have to shift it once again. All these steps make it more complicated.
Also, I usually get the rental ahead of time, even if I have to overlap. It makes it easier (for me) to have a place ready. I usually get it in place so that everything isn't left in the air.
But, after talking with you about it several times, you have it all under control! You are better about it than I was.
Oh no. Oh no no no no no.... I do not suffer from the Lake Wobegon effect in the least.
I will overlap, if I can find somewhere to rent. Things seem to be booming down there. Who knew?!?
