Beef rice noodles vermicelli

Beef rice vermicelli is a delicious dish that is fit for many tastes. The beef is tender and the onions add a great crunch to the overall texture of this otherwise rather soft dish.

Ingredients:
150g rice noodles (rice vermicelli)
130g beef (top side)
130g bean sprouts
30g sliced onion
1 spring onion

Condiments:
1 teaspoon dark soy sauce
Dash of Shaoxing cooking wine
Quarter teaspoon salt
Quarter teaspoon MSG
Teaspoon sesame oil
Dash of white pepper powder

Method:

1)Boil beef for three minutes, drain and set aside.
2)Ensure wok is hot, then add two tablespoons of cooking oil- and spread around the wok.
3)Add your onions, bean sprouts, noodles and beef.
4)Add dark soy sauce, and stir fry for 2 minutes.
5)Add a dash of Shaoxing cooking wine.
6)Add salt and MSG.
7)Add spring onions and 1 teaspoon of sesame oil.
8)Add a dash of pepper powder.
9)Stir fry until well done.

Top tips:

*Boil beef for 3 minutes, drain and set aside
*Ensure wok is very hot!
*Best served immediately after cooking
