So many days

It's been a hectic couple of weeks for me and I've been doing my best to fill it up with productive activities. I recently started doing some professional courses in Coursera to improve my CV and that's not given me any spare time.

I've missed sharing content on hive and interacting with the 3 people that actually read my publications. Life has simply gotten in the way of this but as always, I'm going to figure a way back.

When I started my call center job, I struggled with finding time to share on Hive but immediately I found the right balance, I got back on it. I then started working from home and once again struggled but after a few weeks of inconsistency, I got back on the horse.

These days, I've been juggling three different courses, a few stolen hours for video games and most importantly, family time with my wife. It's quite difficult to find the right balance that prevents me from feeling mentally drained all the time.

On top of this schedule, I've also taken up extra shifts at work, doing overtime in pretty much every weekend. I haven't had a break in almost two weeks and after this weekend, it'll be 19 straight days of work without a break. I'm really looking forward to my next time off.

Anyway, the point is that I'm still alive and I'm doing lots of hours. It's taking a toll on me physically and mentally but well, this too shall pass.

It's great to hear that you've had such a productive week! I always feel happy when I see people doing so much for their personal development. Take it easy on Hive, just like with all projects, you'll gradually find routines that work for you. Best of luck with your work and courses. But remember to also make time for fun and relaxation, and of course, drink a little water. Wishing you success in all your goals!

There’s definitely a lot that happens with this adult stuff. Try adding a kid into the mix hahah it only gets more challenging. It’s the best years of our lives but not easy!

It's been a draining couple of days but I'm definitely taking next weekend off. 19 straight days of work is no joke
