I think that’s a strange development for the word healing lol. I enjoyed eat pray love, we had to read it prior to our study abroad program and it was a good book, albeit a little exaggerated for some things many people wouldn’t be able to do lol.
I think it’s important to spend time to improve our mental health and I’m glad that more people are doing that. I think it’s a bit strange and maybe hypocritical that people are doing it at every turn that doesn’t go in the direction that they want. It’s important to do it after catastrophic events in life but you dated a person for a month and then broke up, you don’t need to heal lol.
I think it sounds like you’re doing it the way I would call right. You’re using the time for reflection and isolation to think about life before you go and do other things. I think that’s probably a good method!
