Today, I can say that I'm practically almost 99%!
I have 1 gram of Vitamin C per day. Vitamin D, I have to take it, since I have deficit on the bloodstream... So I take 10 drops per day of Vigantol, garlic I have a lot on the meals that I cook at home, but not on the fresh presentation... I have to change that!
Zinc, I had couple of months ago. I try to cycle them with Magnesium. One month Zn, another Mg... I don't know if I'm doing it right... LMAO.
I remember one homemade "medicine" that my grandmother used to make when I was a kid. Syrup of carrot and sugar! Memories... Hmm.... And also puting my head over a fresh picked Eucalyptus leaves on a boiling water pan, with a towel over my head... Ahaha

Ah eucalyptus is wonderful for these things, though it’s more effective for coughs it certainly helps for any type of colds!
Yeah with vitamin D you should take it with magnesium, I’ve learned. The way it’s processed in the body, it’s best because it increases uptake of calcium and magnesium offsets that. Health professionals recommend the combo of vitamin D, K-2, With magnesium and calcium if you can do it. The way vitamin D is absorbed into the body best, it’s with those as a combo.
I love the old world remedies because they were really smart on most of them. I wouldn’t say sugar as something beneficial for illness but definitely carrots.
