One thing i learned from working in sales is leaving my emotions at home. The client is the master and I'm the robot (for a time till they ask for my own opinions). But I don't impose my will. Sorry he made you feel that way and he is definitely causing a lot of damage.
But he won't accept that and go ahead to blame you for your lack of foresight or the universe for hating him when his problem is his attitude.
Also, thinking ABOUT boobs is a great way to reign In anger. They look like stress balls afterall 😂
This is a good point about leaving one's emotions home as a sales person; after all, one represents the company not oneself I guess. Well said.
