I spent the final day of January 2023 in this manner. At one in the morning, I decided to try to go to bed tonight, but my mind kept racing. I believe I went to sleep at 1:30 am. I felt a little glitchy when I first awoke. Realizing that it's Tuesday once more and that Monday was the day before.
I prepared myself and completed my wordpress website. It appears that I was unaware of the time and left around 7:45 am. I was scrambling to get to work because I'm a little concerned that I'd be late. There were many sections of the road that were actually congested with traffic, and I thought upon myself, "I'm not likely to make it." I frequently checked the time. It was only around 7:58 when I stepped out of the car.
I would then have to move quickly because I needed to go through the initial assessment before reporting to work. I synchronised myself at 8:01 am as soon as I got to the computer monitor. I had no choice but to accept it since it was the last day of January.
Following that, I went downstairs to our functional area, set my bag on the bar counter, and had a private conversation with one of my coworkers. We were just discussing what we did on Monday and the work that still needed to be completed.
Actually, he was asking me if I wanted to start working on the tasks we hadn't successfully completed. I informed him that I would give it some thought after finishing my work for the day so that I could then think about my previous decision. The only thing stopping me is that I'm about to take an exam. Nevertheless, I'm also tempted to commence.
We were really just eagerly awaiting the doctor's recommendation of each of our patients. One of my coworkers called while I was waiting and inquired if I could assist him with some less demanding work, so I said yes.
Then our doctor arrived. I thought "Oh no, a new recommendation" as we walked up to her and was seeing that she had pulled out a fresh chart and was writing on it. Our physician recommended each patient to us and instructed us to administer care to one of them in the afternoon.
My coworker and I decided to start making preparations. Some other patient required quite a bit of facilities. We next went to patient 1, who had actually used a variety of equipment during his session. He requested that his treatment be postponed until after he had time to eat as soon as we entered his room. While we claimed that it was lunchtime, the watcher had actually suggested that he receive treatment at 12 o'clock. Therefore, we chose 11 a.m. We went to the other building, leaving most of the equipment behind.
We went to patient number two, who was still receiving intensive care. He is our newest client. He was dozing off when we entered the room, so we had to wake him up. He wasn't as capable of responding when we confronted him with questions; we're not sure if it's because he doesn't fully comprehend us or because he's just incredibly lazy. When we assessed his potency, our patient only had a few deficits on his upper extremity, despite the fact that he may have had a stroke. He had to sit for a while, and after that, we performed some exercises involving range. The only thing wrong with him was that his vital signs were a little high, but we were treating him within the parameters that our doctor recommended.
After the treatment we went to the next patient, we thought that this patient would get discharged during the weekend but they were still there. We asked the wife how our patient was and asked if she was still performing the exercises that we taught her and she said yes and she has been doing it faithfully. We also gave her some tips to do Backrest elevation so if ever they want to go back to their province he won't have a problem sitting. The problem with this patient is that he is really lazy.
It was around 10:20 when we finished treating our patient, so instead of waiting upstairs, we decided to go back to our department. While we were waiting for the 11 I was just busy scrolling through my phone, I also paid for my upcoming exam. My only problem is that I'm just waiting for the scheduling. I hope that I'll be able to schedule the exam next week.
It hit 11 so we went up again to patient 1. When we entered his room he wasn't in the mood. We don't know why. He said that he lacked sleep but when we asked his watcher, the watcher said that he has been sleeping all night. Usually, our patient is really loud and he makes a lot of jokes but he was acting differently during our treatment. We tried to make him stand and he was able to do it but he had problems lifting his other foot. He was a lot weak than the last time we saw him. We were only able to make him sit and stand. We were no able to make him walk. While he was standing he said that he wanted to poop and his watcher was like go ahead, you are using a diaper. And we smelled it, though we were not sure if it was a fart or poop. We then transferred him back to his bed and continued using the other modalities. It was his last day there because he's cleared for discharge after the treatment session
After that, we went down and disinfected, and then we ate lunch. After lunch, I was just staying by the couch resting and reviewing at the same time. I was waiting for my colleague to finish treating her Outpatient before going back up for our last patient. My colleague told me that she called upstairs and said that the patient wanted to get treated the following day. So we were really happy. I was just reviewing most of the time. Before going home we played another round of pusoy dos, I lost the first and second but won the last round before leaving. I then headed home.
When I got home I disinfected it after that, I ate a snack then dinner. I was having problems with our internet connection it was really slow and then suddenly it just gave up on us wherein we had no internet at all. We had to call the hotline of PLDT trying to resolve the issue but nothing was happening so I really think that there's something wrong with the hardware. I really hope that they replace it soon. WIFI without an internet connection is useless. Right now, we are just using the internet of our grandparents. I hope that you guys ended your month right.
happy new month in advance ❤️

Nice way to spend the day. Looks stressful l.
Are you a medical student or …
Well, I hope you got some rest.
Happy new month to you
Shitting in a diaper is nasty. I’ve experienced that a few times in my day, not myself doing it thankfully, but others and it’s quite vile. It would have been good to get them to the toilet so you didn’t have to deal with that! Lol.
The day in the life it looks like here! Hope your exam goes well that’s coming up!
Happy new month dear
