I understand what you're saying, and in this case I didn't say anything, but I have in the past and will in the future.

It's about ownership, responsibility and accountability...I have it, but it seems those things are fast becoming rare attributes. I guess my thought is that if it's not pointed out, the poor service and behaviours, then it can't be addressed and is more likely to become even more prevalent.

It seems society is on a race to the bottom, what is the minimum one can do and get away with, and the minimum becomes less and less each year it seems. I mean generally here of course. I'm not just talking about cafes here, it's the case almost everywhere, at least here in Australia.

good points well made, the world is becoming to woke, too many bed wetting hand wringers. and Millenial snowflakes and gen z creatures who make it their goal in life to be offended by everything and anything. AND do not get me started on social media "influencers" get a proper fucking job!
