Many don't make a complaint and I think that's one of the problems. A lot of the time management don't know what's actually happening and a complaint, when done properly and in the right manner can help the understand what adjustments need to be made.

But seriously that's the problem, I do know of so many people that don't like making complaints, but yet they seek for change, well of course they won't get that's change they seek because they refuse to even create the room for it.
It's very wrong to assume a person should know about something, that's also one of the problems, some people myself included sometimes assume that people should be aware of what is going on but we just might be wrong.
