Treating ones customers well will bring them back, treating them poorly will generally not. It's a simple formula but one people seem unable to grasp these days. Their loss I suppose.

Exactly @galenkp. Some times when I see some people talking or treating his or her customer bad I do feels for that person. In my mind I do ask myself. Does this person really know what he or she is doing?.
