Yeah, the lack of care shows...and the funny thing is, that someday they'll be subjected to the same lack of care in some way, it's inevitable. They can blame themselves for it.
There's some good service out there, some accidental bad service also, but there's a whole lot of bad. It's not just in cafe's either. It's on call centres, (government and corporate), the banks, health care system, petrol station...literally anywhere someone has to deal with someone else. There's no denying it and no getting away from it.
