Complaining falls on deaf ears most times.
What is annoying when people set up structures to assist trying to rectify a problem, only to be faced by incompetent opposition who normally do nothing but complain.

The seen, heard complainers more often than not are scared of hard work, tackling problems head on, simply make a nuisance of themselves...
Sadly, complainers rarely take action... their only action seems to be getting in the way of those trying to actually fix the problem... almost as if they can't stand the idea of one of the things they complain about no longer be available to them.
