But older generation aren’t so much into healing because they weren’t really exposed to mental health problems and its awareness all over social media
Oooooooooooo....the thing is, mental health issues weren't recognised and rarely diagnosed back in the day. It was all 'stiff upper lip'. ADHD and mild ASDs were almost unheard of sadly. The other thing was that there wasn't the money to travel in the past and it wasn't as widespread as it is these days. We just 'got on with it'!
It's good times have changed but I think there is also a slight case to be made that some younger people these days are simply 'too soft' which is also a shame as it can take up resources that could be better used to help people with more serious issues.
This replacement of the word travelling by healing is a bit of a nonsense I think. People should just do what they need to do to be able to feel their best and live as they choose. There's far more definition than doing sometimes!
You have a blessed weekend and let your beautiful soul carry you wherever you please Mac :-)
There's that too! mental health issues weren't recognized and rarely diagnosed. Now, I heard it's overdiagnosed and even some people self-diagnosed themselves these days. Like you said, some are also "too soft" and there's a need to build a mental fortitude for these people. I made this post because I met this person at the bar who was telling me about self-healing and also whilst scrolling instagram and found the catchy phrase, don't work too much, don't forget healing.
