I feel taking a break when demotivated, I do not want to drag myself in unhappy and demotivated situation because it make you further feel bad and more demotivated.
Sometime , try the new strategy for the same work will help.
And most important to be content and do comparision what changes for you in last 3 month by doing this work, if there is no impact then leave it.
That's a good strategy... IF you "get in early"... 😃 If you realize that the shitstorm is coming, and to prevent it to become something much bigger...
Huh... I struggle with that a lot! As I'm stubborn, it takes a lot of time to make that decision... I mean, if something doesn't work, I try again and again... Too many times before quitting... That's my weak point...
