Well this is a typical rant,complain and talk. I felt it while reading. It’s really sad when you feel empty sometimes. You just don’t know what’s wrong but you’re not happy or you’re empty. I understand your guilt and rant. Here are a few tips I think can help.
Speak to someone you trust with your emotions and feelings (it could be your mom or dad or even your bro or sister).
Lying will only make you feel better temporarily but honesty is the permanent deal for you. I’m quite sure all your guilt comes from the “lies” you make up. Try to open up to your team.
I understand sometimes WhatsApp can be frustrating but for me I think it’s time to move out of the box, happiness sometimes I think it’s a state of mind, before you can achieve it you’ll have to make your mind believe you can.
For you also skipping your schedules and not studying too , I think getting people or anything that motivates you will help you a lot. It could be self motivating. Look sometimes I just buy myself or promise to buy myself a drink if am able to study or complete a task I’ve listed to do. It’s not like I can’t enjoy myself but sometimes you set limits and be discipline. You can also punish yourself for not achieving that task. Like I said train your brain.
I know these aren’t so perfect but I hope they do help. Stay safe, chill, have fun, smile , laugh, breath.
