RE: We Are ALL Here For the Money... Aren't We? .:. Late Night Blogging

Yeah, that's one of those subtle questions, hahah. Wherever there is a labor shortage, big corporations (and government departments) try to advertise that we are not here for the money, but for the organisation, the principles, and so on. But at the end of the day, you can't put it on your bread and eat it :)
There are a lot of different people here, but most of them come here for the money and think that they will make a quick buck. Because it doesn't work, they don't stick around.
Well, speaking about myself, I never thought of anything else than blogging, gaming or dealing with cryptocurrencies doesn't even interest me that much. My intention was just to write about what was happening to me and see how much it was worth. After a few years I discovered that there is a little bit, but you have to build a community around you and actively interact with others. But it took me a few years to do that, much longer than others.

I think that you are not alone and it does take more years to "get there"... I see many people struggling the first year or two (or even more), but it does get better after that period... Especially if you are stubborn to succeed, don't give up, come and go, etc... I saw one of the comments on this post was by the guy who is around 1 year on HIVE... it's hard and I do understand... We all were here and experienced that...
But, it's important that we, as "older Hivians" show them support in those hard days... like maybe someone else helped us on our journey...

Money usually comes "by itself" when we are doing the right things... I'm not worried about that...
