QUALITY TIME
It’s healthful to spend time alone. Stop letting people make you feel egocentric for placing yourself first.

Do anything makes you happy like:
Listen to happy/nostalgic songs. Watch a humorous film. Make something. Take a walk

ACTS OF SERVICE
It’s okay to offer yourself a break every once in a while.
Do something satisfactory for yourself, prioritize sleep, allow time for creative activities, smooth your room/get organized.

PHYSICAL TOUCH
Pay attention to your body and provide it what it needs. Do the things that makes your body feel proper and great.
Love your body and take your time moisturizing your pores and skin each morning.

GIFTS
Buy something for yourself: flowers, shoes, your preferred dress, foods and other things you love. Spend money on the things that gives you joy and happiness.

In different words, don't anticipate someone else to offer you the love you want and deserve. Start being intentional and actionable about how you love yourself. It makes all the difference.

You live your life on auto pilot due to the fact you do not know what to do with your life.

While we should treat ourselves one of the things we should keep attention on is not doing it for every little excuse. It’s best to only do it sparingly otherwise that becomes on the verge of a deadly sin like gluttony or greed.
