I think for many that was it in the beginning, for the money. But as we dive deeper into the crypto sphere we discover more and expanded our focus a bit more from just the money. We acquire knowledge, build relationships and understand the vision behind cryptocurrency. It's more than just the money but money is an integral part :)

Yeah, it looks like that's the pattern that repeats for many people who dive deep into cryptocurrencies and blockchain tech... It's way more important than money itself, but it's hard to grasp the huge information overload... It's freedom!
By all angles, it is a complex system that's hard to understand the nitty gritty aspects of it. But I think overtime, things will be simplified for the everyday person to understand especially when it achieves mainstream adoption. Early adopters will be in a good position by then.
