RE: We Are ALL Here For the Money... Aren't We? .:. Late Night Blogging

Well that is debatable... "here for the money" is what attracted me... I wont go as far and say that it's the only thing keeping me here...

What I like about HIVE is the genuine stories being shared.. Most of the time... For example... When I open FB, insta, twitter... Whatever im instantly bombarded with negativity.. Compared to HIVE where I can see someone journey across the Alps or a drive through Rome... Or perhaps check up ine of my favourite gamers.... Or even get a decent recipe to try out from foodies bee hive....

So the money attracted me yes, but what's really keeping me here?

Probably money and communities... Money since I do make alot from stuff I share, alot more than I thought I would given that my HP holdings are gained from what I earned the last 9 months...imagine if I never left the platform,, after covid somewhere...

I checked on Hive stats I earned 8.4k hp so far, yet im sitting with half that amount.... And imagine if I stayed here for the entire 5 years that Ive known about it... I would have been a much bigger player for sure 😂

This is rather true for the news portals and. When I open Facebook, I see usually funny photos, memes and quotes. The latter two may be negative (sad) too, but true. Mostly these are what my friends are sharing on Facebook. And there are groups too, where you can look for specific communities, useful information, and/or buy and sell things. So the traditional social networks also have a good side.

Well that is debatable...

That's why I did it... 😃 hihihi...

I like this comparison with "traditional" social media networks... Yes, on one side, there is a lot of negativity about them and a lot of time wasting spending on that... If not that, you have the other side, where people are showing you how everything is so great, marvelous, and fun all the time... (it's not even that great in romantic movies... lol... 😂)... So, if I would compare that "social" aspect, I would say that HIVE is "real life" and the other networks represent the "fake life"...

Red or blue people... indeed...
