I can relate so well to this publication of yours.
Last week, I was pretty much hung over every day from a pretty bad cold I had the week before. I came back from vacation, and the same day I returned to work, as soon as I was there for about 3 hours, I felt a strange feeling... muscle aches, and extreme tiredness. After 3 days of anti-inflammatories, because I had a fever (although low, it bothered me a lot), the symptoms were relieving. It's impressive how the human body (or even the animal body) can react to aggression in such an exacerbated way. We are so well "programmed" that our body does everything to conserve energy... of course this takes all our attention and will to interact and be present! As I read this post of yours, I realized that since my primordial Hive days I have been subscribed to the C/Rant, Complain, Talk community but have yet to post anything there. Maybe this is a good opportunity, since I haven't had much time to take pictures and sit down to write a minimally interesting text!
Day 2 Monday - I woke to the horror that I suddenly remembered it was my Pinmapple curation shift the previous night. I totally forgot about that. We aim to curate roughly every 24 hours so we get to all the posts before the golden curation window. A 12 hour delay mean some worthy content may not get as much support as they could. Not Ideal.
It's amazing how willing and energetic you are to do what you've committed to, regardless of your constraints!
Thank for you lovely comment @xrayman. Day 2 wasn't that bad I still had some energy in me. On the following days I had to swap my shifts with some of the other team members as I really wasn't up to curating anything.
Hopefully you're fully recovered now, your symptoms does not sound nice!!!
All of that already passe, now is the time to roll up our sleeves and make up for lost time 😅😉
