A legacy group has been formed where many pool their money together to purchase a buyback and boost the funds. I belong to it and it has been fun being part of something that does so much good for the island.
Until I got interested in them, I didn't realize how many herds of wild ponies there are here. I only knew about the mustangs.

Joining projects like that keeps ones interest up and a feeling of well being, so many animals need that little extra to keep going with friendly people supporting them.
Wild horses deserve all we can do, after all we placed them in a situation when no longer needing them to 'work' for us.
