I make it sound longer than it had to be perhaps? It has been a couple of days, and maybe a little more than that, but you are right. I do like fact-finding and always find myself doing it, even on things that I am not buying. More out of interest, curiosity, and sometimes, I just want to know! :)
The stores are huge and much as I like to have choices, I am not a fan of huge stores like this. Too much! Customer service is not what it used to be, for sure! Oh~ Kykwmore Abbey!! I can hardly wait!

We went into such stores when we were traveling in the US. So I have seen them. They are too big for me too. I rather go to the little local shops and get a bit more service and help there where it is needed.

Oh, yes! They are all over, but they never used to be. Smaller, especially in New England. But, I am with you on the local shops, they get to know you shops. They just feel more personal, don't they?
It was too busy to do much online today, and the temperatures were over 100F today (38C)

And here it’s 15 degrees Celsius… it should be summer. Where is the sun ☀️ hehehe 🤭 been raining for a week now. The weather is strange lately, as we said before.
We are thinking we maybe should be looking to the east or south of Ireland to get a bit more sun and dryer weather. So a road trip/ weekend away will be coming soon up.
