RE: The Easter market in Szolnok, Hungary - #MarketFriday on Sunday :D (2022.04.10)

It looks beautiful out, although I see some coats, so that tells me it might be nice, but, not warm yet. :) I love that the wonderful markets are popping up all over the city. the flags, pride in the country is always nice to see. I love wandering through the markets, not so much to buy but I like to look at the handcrafts that so many talented people do. Did you see anything that you liked?

All different kinds of foods and drinks, including wine! Looks like a wonderful day! Glad you got out and wandered. Even if you don't like the markets, it is a nice and different thing to do once in a while. Happy Early Easter!!! :) Nice post!

MarketFriday began as a way to reach out across the globe and learn about different cultures through by their markets, especially local markets and farmers' markets, and eventually branched out and evolved over time from straight shopping to a cultural affair as it highlights how we differ and then again, how much we are alike. We have become a melting pot of culture, but, it is still the Rituals, Festivals, food, architecture, and even your language/languages that separate us... Along with the fact that is these things are normal for us. There are unwritten rules that rule our social behaviors. I see this as allowing for increased tolerance between cultures and nations, and opportunities to come together on an even playing ground. A strong culture can be beneficial to a country as it promotes unity, especially during a crisis, peaceful debate, and open dialogue. I have learned so much about all of you and it has been an amazing experience. I can only hope that learning about each other can help us work together for a peaceful world.

Yes. This is true. I was also in coat. The weather is not warm yet, but it is pleasant, compared to winter.

There were many interesting things, but I have not bought anything so far. The market is still on (probably until Easter), so it is still possible to buy something. Maybe I will try one of their foods. For example a pie. We will see.

I already bought chocolate eggs and chocolate bunnies in the previous week, but not in this market.

I often do this, but usually not in/around markets, because usually there are no markets in Szolnok, Hungary.

Even if you don't like the markets, it is a nice and different thing to do once in a while.

I do not have any problem with the markets. If I see something, which would fit into Market Friday, then probably I take a few (or many) photos.

Happy Early Easter!!! :) Nice post!

Thank you. Happy Easter to you too. And to everyone else too.

Have a nice day. All the best. Greetings and much love from Hungary.

You too!
