Hello,
I and aunty decided to go for shopping against Christmas and we went to different store and supermarket to get what we want. We didn’t decided on time and the money we are expecting didn’t enter on time so we went there in the evening around 4pm .
Let me quickly cheap this one in is not easy to follow women to the market the way they price things and they move inside the market you will think they want to buy everything inside the market or if didn’t see the actual thing OMG they will look for it in and out of the market. Hey I didn’t say is not good at least they will buy the best thing.

We went to a supermarket at Taiwo area in Ilorin. The name of the place is popino supermarket . We bought provisions such as milk, bournvita, biscuits and other things and with some toiletries such as soap , toothpaste and others.

There are some things that we couldn’t see at the popino supermarket so we went adjacent to the supermarket to buy other things. The name of the supermarket is Danco supermarket

Then we went to Yoruba road there is a road side market that was we went till night and this is first time that I will be at the market till night . My aunty started buying foodstuffs and other things which took her time. She was just going up and down the market. There was a time we were already going home and she remembered she forgot to buy vegetable oil and we have to go back.

Before we left the market was around 8pm. And before we got transport to our destination it really take time but eventually we went home .

Vegetable oil is very unhealthy. It is also is almost all processed foods.

Thanks for the information and I never knew about this .The vegetable oil is what we have here and it is really much availabile . Just once in a while we buy the groundnut oil when people make kulikuli in our area.
