I love your market photos, especially the citrus fruits! They made me thirsty for lemonade.
I do like to tell myself that wine is good for my health. It helps me to justify pouring a glass for myself each night after work to enjoy while I cook dinner! So how about this: Wine is good for mental health, but only in moderation. Because if you have too much of it, one's mental state switches over from feeling pleasantly relaxed to feeling melancholy. And then suddenly the woes of the world seem even bigger than they actually are!
So one little glass is all I allow, and it feels like it is very good for mental health!
Thank you for adding some benefits of drinking wine and yes it's very important that it should be consumed moderately, maybe I should try it.
