It was rather difficult as all tiles were a different size and angles. So it took much longer than anticipated.
Because they are also so porous and fragileā¦ itās much harder to keep them in a good state u til the last top layer. Soon I finish the other half.
Thanks š
Have a great evening!Thanks a lot @leaky20 šš»š

Wow. Yes all of that would make is very challenging. I have a tiling project coming up at some point when I finish my mudroom. I'll stick to the simpler square/rectangle tiles š I don't know if I could handle the hexagonal shape
I was thinking you would in the mud room.
You do have perfectly the same ceramic hexagon tilesā¦ š hahaha it is one of the hardest shapes to tile I heard.
I think the differences and being handmade does give terracotta tiles something special, a lot of character. Althoughā¦ I wouldnāt choose it for my own house.
Give me wooden floors and I am happy š
They do have a lot of character indeed.
I prefer wooden floors as well but there are some areas of a house where tiles make the most sense
Yes, in the wet areas like bathrooms. Although wood would be cool there too.
