I LOVE hanging out at markets too, and MarketFriday is one of my favourite communities. It's nice to hear about the wet market, and see all the tiny fish, and chicken feet that are common daily dishes in the Philippines. Also the seaweed. Something I could never cook right. I never got the timing of how long I needed to cook it for. However, I love the nutrients of seaweed. I like that you've also explained a little about the history of "Juan":)Hello @bloghound,

Hi @millycf1976 hanging around the wet market is fun! You get to smell different kinds of scents haha and of course, it's colorful! And yes, we love fish. A looooooooot!
About the seaweed, just wash them properly and you can eat 'em raw or just pour hot water and rinse and you're ready to gobble gobble!
I hope to see you one day here in Palengke Ni Juan :) Happy Weekend!!!
Thanks for your lovely reply and the tip on how to prepare the seaweed:)
I appreciate it!
You are very welcome :) . Xoxoxo
