Oooouhhhh πππ, this brought back memories. I lived in the US for a year (2014 to 2015) and I visited DC in August 2014. I took pictures at the White House, went through Union Station (it was so beautiful), went on a boat cruise among so many other fun things I did.
It was such an amazing time in my life.
It's interesting to know that the museum is free. I would have visited while I was there.
The public ones I have been to in my country request a gate fee from you (to be honest I don't even see what they use it for).
Here is my first post for the #MarketFriday initiative:

Thank you so much @dswigle π
No! You got cheated! Almost everything is free here. Within the District, Smithsonian Institute has 17 museums, galleries, and a zoo. Believe it or not, they are all free! They are all different, from the origins of man, the wonders of art, the history and future of flight and animals! So much to see, for free!
Along with the Library of Congress, all the buildings like the Supreme Court, where you can watch a real court case, Congress, where you can watch a law pass...When you come back, you need to take advantage of it! :)
Thank you so much for stopping by and dropping you a link!
#MarketFriday loves you!
