Hello, I prefer to visit the city's markets instead of shopping malls. It's the most beautiful when it's not crowded. Like me, you don't understand how time passes. I don't like fish, but you were interested in the fish you ate, it's the first time I heard it.
Most of the markets in the center of the city I live in are authentic places built in inns among old historical buildings. A market steeped in history. Have a good journey..🥰

Totally agree with you, markets are much more interesting than shopping malls, I always try to go to one when I travel. I love fish, but sadly UK doesn't have that much variety despite us being an island, and I find that quite odd.
It would be great to see some of the authentic markets in your city, it sounds so interesting already!!
Turkey is very lucky in terms of fish diversity. I hope you will come to Turkey one day, I will offer you our fish and show you around our beautiful historical bazaars. It will be my great pleasure to accompany you. 🥰
This is the article I mentioned about the small antique market in the city I live in. Maybe it will speed up your coming to Turkey/Bursa.
