RE: Market Friday: Books, pumpkins and some flowers

in Market Friday3 years ago

When I was a teenager, I constantly hung out in old book stores, especially in search of old geographic maps, the time was right - the 1990s, people were selling all kinds of things. I was looking for cartographic gems ) And I found them sometimes. The oldest one is a large German atlas from the 1880s... Of course, I used to buy fiction books and, also, old postcards ...

Strange to have this luggage in the hands in our digital era... I can't understand even what I feel about these things - if I am proud of them or I am disappointed...

I loved those old bookstores: the search for pearls, and the smell of old paper... But I never found anything really rare, antique.
