In order for the body to function, it needs seven types of nutrients. Foods high in carbs, proteins and fats as well as vitamins, minerals, fiber, and water are included. They are the body’s main source of fuel because they are easily converted into energy. This energy is usually in the form of glucose, which all tissues and cells in our bodies readily use.

Nice job with this... Unfortunately, I'm not a big fan of sweet potatoes. lol
Cheers!
Better be oo
Potatoes are good to health
The beautiful thing about sweet potatoes apart from the health benefits that you have enumerated and enunciated here is that it is also cheap and affordable to many people in Nigeria.
Kudos!
I think there's more agreement in what nutrients we need than in what those nutrients should be packed in. Some argue against meat, others against dairy (more than 50% of the human population has issues with lactose), others against grains . . . we know what nutrients we should eat, but we don't know what we should eat them as!
Thats why I love sweet potatoes. Its delicious and good in digestion. Its also cheap
Like seriously
