I don't think so.. The pain is the same regardless.

That the pain would be the same is arguable.
Logically, removing young tissues should inflict lesser pains as compared to old tissues.
Well.. I would say nerves are fresh at this point.
But pain threshold in an adult and a baby is not the same too
