hypertension and heart failure go hand in hand, I have known many people who are hypertensive and have high blood pressure and I tell them to take good care of their diet and they simply ignore me, they are young people and that is quite delicate, a heart attack is what can await them in the future. We cannot ignore this!

Very true.. Most of the patients dont take it as a very serious issue. Only if they knew the real consequences in the future.
I always advice my patients to take care of their diet and for proper stress managment, Most of them dont follow :)
