Spaghetti Protein
In these videos, I discuss the relevance of Spaghetti to your weight loss/body-building diet. Unbeknownst to many people who don’t pay attention to Nutritional details at the back of the food pack, Spaghetti is a wonderful protein. Even though it has its disadvantages (given its high caloric value per serving), pasta is made with eggs. If you are pressed for time and you are looking for a quick fix, spaghetti can be a saver.
My advice for those who are trying to out more restrictive diets is for you to make sure you are not getting all your carbohydrates from spaghetti. Maybe 2 or 3 packets a month and that should be it. As an alternative, I’d prefer you go with beans (Black-eyed peas). It has a higher mineral content. It has less protein but it is a “healthier” alternative.
One serving of Spaghetti gives you about 11.5g of protein (golden penny noodles). That’s about the size of 2 medium-sized eggs.

Many people will say that they are not into fitness but what they really mean is that they are not into making themselves more fit than they already are. But let's face it every time you try to do an activity that requires fitness…you are. Once you try to climb stairs, you walk a longer distance than you typically would or you do swimming, you immediately realize that you are not as fit as you thought you were.
In the cartoon, Alice in Wonderland the Queen of Hearts explained to Alice that in her kingdom one has to keep running to remain in the same place. That is life… Our human body is in a constant state of breakdown and if you are not maintaining it then it's breaking down.
That’s why we lose 3 liters of fluid every day as adults even when we don’t do any activities, that’s why we lose skin cells all over our body every day, that’s why we are more prone to sit and do nothing than we are to getting up and doing anything…because the human body wants to self destruct but you can’t allow it. That’s why you have to drink water to replace your daily losses, you have to have your bath daily at least and you have to move to fight depression.

Beat your PR
I also beat my PR in deadlifts and squats and I flexed the body I achieved by January this year.
