You need to watch your health by watching what you eat and your daily routines. Don't be too sessile (inactive physically). Perhaps you can find a way to visit the gym once in a while. Watching what you eat especially goes a long way. I've learned a hard lesson. My ulcer almost ended my life, but I'm fine now. I select my food carefully now days.
Sir, I am going to take heed to your advise as I am now very concerned about my health. I just do not want to go through what I went through last week although I am still in pains but not as much as last week. This is still very bearable.
The bulk of the health issues we face are usually due to what we consume and or our lifestyles. If you can watch what you eat and be physically active enough, you will be fine.
