This is a long ass read, but nevertheless interesting one. Would be interesting to see the references for the claims made in your post. Also, feel free to include the sources of the images.

"Would be interesting to see the references for the claims made in your post." - Interesting... Really? :p But hey-what-can-i-say, the information is out there and my source is my knowledge of things I have learned and collected along the way. "Claims" seems a bit harsh, I'm not an insurance provider, it's just stuff I've heard, I'm passing on my knowledge. My knowledge will be limited as # I weren't there maan # I have a lot to say and it's super difficult to express so much as it is, adding in this demand of trying to remember what day I learned something on, and who said what where and why, is extra difficult to pinpoint/ridiculous. Especially when one sits down to empty their mind whenever they can find a spare moment to contribute. Would you be asking me the same had I made a video of me talking it out instead od typing? I emptied my brain whilst researching and clarifying bits along the way. I use the internet and sentences of interest to ask Google like everybody else. I can't remember what I've asked when, or where I've heard it, but over time I have built up a picture of our history. If others also collaborated on the subject, I'm sure it would all add up. But I'm not turning my brain emptyage into a strict regime. I'm doing this for myself to enjoy figuring out communicationing and expression, and to share what I know so far. But it feels pretty rude to have someone reply with judgement according to their own standards, and without even knowing who they are and what country they come from too. :( But thanks for your "long-ass" interest in what I said :E :D
<- play this when reading to fully get where i was at during this replyTake no offense because I meant none. It is just the scientist in me commenting. I am pretty sure the info are out there, just a matter of few clicks. Nevertheless, it's not likely one would find such amount of information in one place. It is an aggregate, an equivalence of a literature review. In science, when we review literature, we include the sources of our information even if they seems logical and layman-ish.
That's on one side. On the other side, it's pretty a common occurrence for authors in the community to included a few line of refences either as sources of their information or for further reading on the subject.
I'm certain you put this out here because you thought someone would read. You cannot really predict how your audience will react and not every comment has offensive intent.
Thanks for replying anyway.
