We’re all different, and our bodies respond differently to the same set of foods. Some people find it harder to stay healthy when they eat certain types of food. For example, some people are more sensitive to the carbohydrates in sugars or sweets, which can make them gain weight easily. Other people have trouble metabolizing protein properly.
This means they gain weight more slowly than someone who doesn’t struggle with this issue.
Fortunately, there are a number of different ways to become a healthy person which I will be sharing with us today. These are the principles that you can use to help you become a healthier version of yourself in 2023 and beyond. I have tried some and I must tell you it has worked for me wonders. In this article today, I am very sure you will learn how to manage your stress, improve your sleep habits, and lose weight without dieting or restricting your food intake too drastically.
Alright let me start by Exercising. Exercising for the health benefit is fine, but you have to put in the effort! The more you push yourself, the more you will feel. Stress can creep into our lives in several forms. It could be from something we’re doing, or from not doing something we want to do.
If you don’t feel like you want to go to the gym because you’re tired, stressed, or just don’t feel good, you are actually causing yourself more harm than good. Exercising for your own good will not only help you feel better, but it will help your body adjust to life’s stresses and achieve better health.
Real food is what you would eat if you lived in a real, actual country. Real foods are something you would find growing in your local grocery store. Real food is not processed in any way. It is not always healthy for you, and it isn’t always the most nutritious food for your body. What is real food for one person may be junk for another. What is good for you may not be good for me. At the end of the day, what works for you may not work for me.
There are certain foods that are better for you than others. For example, red meat is bad for you, along with pork, ham, and bacon. The same can be said for poultry, fish, and shellfish. You have to look at the big picture, and real food is not the same for everyone. We are all unique and have different nutritional needs.
One of the best ways to determine what foods are best for you is to read food labels. Look for the words “ whole ” or “ fresh ” in the ingredients list. Those foods are mostly healthy. Real food is not just plants. It is whole foods, with the majority of the nutrients found in the plant kingdom.
Now let me talk about the importance of sleeping how it can help you stay healthy. As humans, we all have different sleeping habits. Some people need 7 hours of sleep, while others need 10. There are many people out there who need less sleep, and those people should try to get it.
The problem with getting less sleep is that your body will “ Remember” what you didn’t sleep enough for. So, your body will start to store more calories, fat, and even muscle. This is because when you don’t sleep, your body has less time to breakdown these materials and use them as energy. You have to get at least 7 hours of sleep every night. If you don’t feel like getting sleep, there are a few things you can do to help your body better adjust to without sleep.
Now there is something called stressors. I strongly believe majority of us is just hearing it for the first time but I will break it down for every one of us to understand. If you’re spending the majority of your day dealing with stressors, you’re going to feel it. It’s how we are wired. Let’s say you have a really stressful day at work. You might feel like you don’t have the energy to do your normal daily activities. It’s normal to feel like that from time to time. Identify your main stressors, and tackle them head on.
For example, do you have a challenging conversation with a client? That’s a stressor. What about an emails Sent? That’s a stressor. What about a meeting coming up? Those are all examples of how your day could turn out feeling negative. Your goal is to identify what your main sources of stress are, and then deal with them head-on.
Just because you’re a healthy person doesn’t mean that you don’t have to take care of your physical health. You do. It’s just that sometimes you have to prioritise your health first. There are so many ways to fall short when it comes to your physical health. For example, you could be taking care of yourself by eating healthy, but not putting any extra effort into your physical health. Or, you could be putting in the effort to get a good night’s sleep every night, but not drinking enough water.
The list goes on. There is no one-size-fits-all when it comes to your physical health. Every person is different, and their needs are different as well. Your physical health must be a priority for you, but it does not have to be the only one. Becoming a healthier person is a process. It is not an easy task, but it is a process. The sooner you start, the better. The more committed you are, the easier it will be to stay on track.
We are all unique. We all have different needs and preferences when it comes to food. It is important to remember that. You have to find what works best for you, and you have to stick to it.
What works best for Mr A, may be the worst for Mr B. Getting to know what works best for us is actually what we want. We all know that good health demands you to get good sleeping hours as you've said in the post, but also remember that we still need to be awake to work for our money. Most work at night while some work during the day. We all understand how money is important to keep us healthy. Everything is just in connection. I love everything you just said him your post.
Above is the best lecture I have gotten for sometime now. That phrase is powerful 😊😊
Thank you very much for stopping by and I am glad you were able to learn some stuff from my article
I am more grateful
This is absolutely right and his the nail right on the head. The sooner we learn and implement this, the better. Some of us just follow blindly and eat what’s recommended by others without taking into consideration if it’s good for us or not
That's it. We need to discover the diet that best works for our body
Yeah very true
