RE: ALCOHOL ABUSE AND HEALTH - THE BIOPSYCHOSOCIAL EFFECT!

in StemSocial2 years ago

Hi @alidickson, a very important topic today, alcohol is part of the lives of many people, that is a reality, of course, has more cons than benefits, it is advisable to take a prudent amount to avoid falling into addiction or pathological. I don't particularly like alcohol, I don't need it to have fun and have a good time.

The consequences, as you rightly say, can be irreversible, I consider that it should be something much more regulated by the countries, but I know that it is unlikely. Greetings, good topic.

Thanks so much for your wonderful contribution @santmari110 . There is indeed a vital need for the regulation of alcohol consumption in our society. Abstinence remains the best option for individuals, but those who must drink should drink Responsibly to avoid the negative effects.

That's right, it would be the most appropriate thing to do. Best regards.
