The major difference is in the occiput anterior, the baby presents with a face down (like you feel the baby's hair or the head when you carry out a vaginal examination) but in Occiput Posterior; the baby presents with the the face up so you feel the nose and mouth when you check for cervix violation during Vaginal examination. So in occiput posterior the baby is prone to injury.
