As a physiotherapist, I'd expect you will use original images from rehab center at OAUTHC or any other place.
Using original images enriches your articles. We should make it a practice in an ecosystem filled with chatgpt-like posts.

Indeed, but as much as I wanted to use original images from OAUTHC Physiotherapy department for this, I just couldn't afford to, my smartphone phone camera has gone so bad from repeated falling that it just wouldn't do.
Besides this post was drafted with help from a professor of orthopaedic Physiotherapy, I definitely wouldn't like to use low quality images.
