This is shocking to know about that one person having two different sets of DNA. Does it mean the person will not have a definite DNA to be tagged with

    Certainly yes, because of the alterations in the person's body Cells, it resulted in addition of another DNA.
    Note: it can occur naturally or artificially by tissue/organ transplant eg. Bone marrow transplant
