Yes no cases since mid-July. But because we are a heart attack center, all admissions are being checked still for covid.
A lot of us nurses caught it and have had symptoms but no one needed hospitalisation. I personally had it in March and had 2 wks quarantine.
What am saying with the data is that, even if it shows high positives but people are asymptomatic or with mild-mod symptoms, it doesn't show the real number of severe symptoms warranting itu admissions. This shows that majority are well.
In our hospital, recovery rate was also higher than expected. This should reassure people that this Sars-Cov2 althu had caused 0.1% mortality rate, it isn't as deadly to some.
Reinfection is fine if they are from those demographic that are well. As with any virus, the elderly and immuno-compromised need to be protected.
