Gracias a Dios jamás e tenido una experiencia aterradora, sin embargo conozco una historia muy aterradora que le sucedió a un primo de mi papá, no precisamente en una noche de Halloween sino una noche cualquiera. Él era camionero y algunas veces le tocaba conducir de noche por esas oscuras y sombrías carreteras, en una ocasión tomó un pequeño descanso en una zona exclusiva para camioneros donde todos ellos se reunían a relajarse un poco caléntandose frente a una hoguera mientras conversaban, de pronto un hombre mayor comenzó a relatar una anécdota sobre una muejr que había aparecido en el asinto del copiloto de su camión y que lo único que podías hacer en esas circunstancias era detenerte, bajarte del camión, quitarte los zapatos y rezar una oración mientras caminabas alrededor del camión tres veces. Los demás camioneros que estaban ahí se rieron del hombre acusándolo de embustero, pero el primo de mi papá los reprendió, pidiendo un poco de respeto para ese hombre, y posteriormente siguió su camino.

El primo de mi papá se detuvo de inmediato y afortunadamente se acordó de las instrucciones del hombre mayor, así que se bajó del camión y se quitó las botas (le llevó algo de tiempo porque eran de cordones) y comenzó a rezar una oración mientras caminaba alrededor del camión (le daba escalofríos cada vez que pasaba por la ventanilla y miraba de reojo a la mujer) pero durante la última vuelta ella ya no estaba, así que él volvió a subirse en el camión y continuó su camino, bastante nervioso desde luego.

Aquí también hay historias de chicas y novias que se aparecen en la carretera y olvidan algo en el carro del que las lleva a casa, y cuando la persona pregunta por la chica le dicen que falleció hace años, pero la historia del fantasma sin rostro del primo de mi papá me dejó helada cuando la escuché. 😨
