Hey there my dear Hivers! Kamusta? Today we revel in cuteness as I talk about these adorable little (and not so little) pets.
Let me ask you a question, my dear readers. What's better than a pet? I'll answer the question myself, it's plenty of them!
The Marquez family is certainly the definition of animal lovers. They have owned a lot of pets over the years, from chowchows to birds.
They are dedicated pet owners down to the core. As a pet owner myself, I applaud them for their ability to take such good care of their pets, even when if their number of pets has surpassed the single digit hehe. Let me present to you some of their beloved pets as of today!
Bella💞
Nicknames: Budlat (means big eyes in Bisaya), Boweds

She's the OG that's been with the family the longest. She proves everyone's assumptions wrong about chihuahuas. She's a chihuahua with a very good temperament.
When people think of chihuahuas, they think about those videos online where you just approach the pup and it just starts growling. Bella over here exceeded my expectations, she's extremely well behaved and she's a very sweet girl 💕
Patchy/Patchi❣️
I've known her for a long time too. She has the prettiest eyes, blue and brown. She has Heterochromia which causes her to have two separate colors in both her eyes.
If I remember correctly, they named her Patchy because of the patches of white she has along her body. Patchy is a lovely girl. Whenever I come to visit, she always makes sure to gently show me that she is happy about my visit.

Mallows💓
Her name is extremely fitting for her appearance. If I had to rate her name, I'd rate a 100/10 her owners ate with that one! Mallows is a small cloud made out of an overwhelming amount of energy. I even thought that she was a boy at first lol.
If I had to guess her breed, she is probably a Shih Tzu. One thing I love about her is how she greets me. She greets me with so much warmth and love. She really is lovable right out of the gate.
She can get too excited though, which I find really cute hehe.
Yuna💛
This big girl is a Golden Retriever. If you guys need to know something about me, Golden Retriever is my dream dog breed. So I was quite excited to meet this big lump of pure sunshine (that's how I see Golden Retrievers hehe ).
The way I met Yuna for the first time was unexpected as well, my first impression of her was a cat. Cats don't really like me, his was back in 2022 or something so opinions can change hehe. She was and still is a good girl.
I met her again this July 1 and I followed my cousin's instructions. I allowed her to approach me first rather than me approaching her first. It was a success! My heart swelled with joy as Yuna started to get friendlier with me. She's a big sweetie💙
Aqua💙
Nickname: Ax (kind of like the tool used to cut wood lolz)
I met Aqua when she was just a little baby. She's a beautiful pug. I get happy every time I see her or a picture of her because of see how much she has grown.
She's a little shy and reserved when you meet her at first. But when I showed her that I wanted to be her friend, she was open to letting me pet her. Gaining the trust of Aqua made me quite happy to the point where I yelled the good news at my cousin while she was in the restroom doing her business😅
There are 2 other dogs whom I haven't really met properly. A chihuahua and another pug. They're so cute because both of them have a single missing eye. One has the left missing and the other has the right missing. It's like they complete each other. I'm hoping that I can properly meet those cuties very soon hehe
An honorable mention goes to Samantha, Winter, Yuri, and Star. I miss these sweeties very much. I've hung out and cared for those four before. Rest easy pups!💕
So far, I've only talked about the dogs that I met that random Monday, and I know that you guys probably want to hear about the cats too. I have so much more to talk about these little guys. Stay tuned my dear readers because this is a two-part blog hehe<333

Oh, I enjoyed this blog today 😍 I am glad Bella has a good temperament. I’ve been biased on my perception on chihuahuas after we were chased and barked at by these tiny, loud and very feisty creatures! Mind you, there were 3 of them 😅) while we were walking along their front yard. I was almost about to kicked them out of fear of bitten 😅 Thank god they stopped. On the other hand, Patchy is my dream breed . I’ll surely get one when I get back home in the 🇵🇭. I wish to see Mallows, though. 🫶 Thanks for sharing this @alme .
